About the Authors
Who reviews and publishes this site?
Lift My Warrant is published by two licensed Texas criminal-defense attorneys — Reggie London and Njeri London — who are Co-Founding Partners at L and L Law Group, PLLC. Both review content before it goes live and revisit pages when the law changes.
How do we keep this content accurate?
Every page is statute-anchored, attorney-reviewed, and dated. Each guide links to the governing Texas statute, is reviewed by a licensed attorney before publication, and carries both a published date and a last-reviewed date so you can see how current it is.
Where a guide describes the law, it links directly to the primary source at statutes.capitol.texas.gov — for example, the arrest-warrant provisions in the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 15, or the bail provisions in Chapter 17 — so you can verify the information yourself. The attorneys review pages before publication and revisit them as procedures change.
Texas law and local court practice do change. When they do, the relevant pages are updated and the last-reviewed date is refreshed. If you spot something that looks outdated, you can reach the firm at (972) 370-5060 or info@landllawgroup.com. For more on the firm and its full range of criminal-defense services, visit the defense team at L&L Law Group.

This page is general legal information about Texas law, not legal advice for your specific situation. Statutes and court procedures change; verify current requirements with the relevant court or a licensed Texas attorney. Last reviewed June 20, 2026.
